Skilling Qld’s for Work

Our Skilling Queenslanders for Work Program supports 20 Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people living in Logan to enter a paid traineeship annually. Trainees work at one of Gunya Meta’s partner organisations in Logan while undertaking a Certificate I in Business Administration over a period of 18 weeks.

During and after the traineeship, Gunya Meta provides each trainee with tailored support measures, foundation skills, career advice, job preparation and job search training for a minimum of 7 months.
